1. If we disable secure mode in bios when we try to install from usb / dvd , then it's not harm for our laptop? 

 

2. If you don't mind can you confirm me whether nvme drive is support for my model (hp 15s- du1014tu) or not ? If it's support then what is the highest capacity I can use for laptop?

Disabling secure boot will not hurt your laptop unless someone else gets physical access to it. Then, they could boot from a USB or CD and access your files.

 

I'm afraid your PC doesn't have NVMe support.
