So, here's a weird problem. I came to the website to try to find documentation on my out-of-warranty laptop, which is approx. 2 years old (give or take). I orderd it from HP directly and I know I registered it at the time. But I now cannot find it on my "dashboard". When I attempt to add it manually, HP's not finding it. The serial # contains what might either be the letter "O" or the number zero. When I try it one way, HP doesn't find it at all. When I enter it the other way, it brings up another laptop that is an entirely different model. I'm stuck in a loop. Any ideas/suggestions on how I can get this officially corrected so I can access the product page? Thank you in advance. 😊
