Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The serial number of my device got changed, can anyone help me to replace my original serial number and the product ID. 

My device is shown differently in HP. HP is not autodetecting my product.

 

And its showing the name as  InsydeH20 EFI BIOS 

Serial Number as ABCDEF0123

Product ID as 1234567#ABA

 

My original model name HP Notebook - 15g-dr0006tx

PLEASE HELP ME.......

Only an authorized HP Service Center can help you with that.

 

They have the proprietary  DMI tool for changing serial number in laptop BIOS.

 

We are not permitted to help with that in accordance with the Rules of Participation.
