Hello,
I noticed hang ups and pauses using the computer and attempted to run the SMART disk checks on the UEFI diagnostics.
When running the short DST, it failed with
Failure ID: PLGKUX-00084H-WPQEMG-60SH03
Product ID: G7Z45AV
Hard Drive 1
Can you provide me any details for this failure ID?
Cheers,
Jim Parker

Hi. My DST failure when I did the F2 diagnostics was....ggfq1f-6hc88v-mfgk0k-wwg03-WWG03
I have an older HP 2000. Model no. 2000-2b29wm
Is this failure not worth fixing? Hard drive failure right?

@prop1
Thank you for showing your interest in the HP Forums,
I’d like to help 🙂
As I understand the computer isn't booting into windows anymore,
You've performed the hardware test and it resulted with the failure ID,
Here's what the ID represents:
Hard Disk Test Failure
You will need to get the hard drive replaced, this can be done either using the HP Part store,
Or call the HP Phone support for a repair service.
