Product: Pavilion 15 Gaming
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I added a SSD in the spare HDD slot and it shows almost 20GB take up by pre-installed software.  I would like to know if I should format the SSD to free up the space or is it used by the SSD (Samsung EVO 860)?

Please provide the correct product number.

 

(Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..). 

 

Please let us know the operating system is installed on the SSD or hard drive.

 

Are you talking about recovery drive?

 

If yes, please do not delete that.
