Hello Sir/Madam
SIr I am Jashweg Gaurang Raval An user of HP envy x360 which i purchased on 5th of June 2024 but before a month it started slow charging at an very slow watt. The device took almost whole day to get charge from 20% to 100% even from an 65w charger. And I even have the screenshoots of it as an proof. Sir/Madam Kindly me to get the solutuin for my deivce.
As I have opened a case on HP Support Assistant on 26/9/2024 An i have received NO response in email or call from HP

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your Laptop battery that is taking hours to charge.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Follow the below steps to perform the battery Test.
1) Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2) Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu is displayed, press the f2 key.
3) On the main menu, click Component Tests.
4) On the Component Tests menu, click Power, Battery, and then click Run once. The battery Test begins.
If the battery test fail, there is an issue with the battery and needs to be replaced.
If the battery test pass, update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.
Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.
Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to further troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

The test that you suggested shows passed.. Thank you for your response.After the test the laptop is charging perfectly as before
But I want to know that what could be the reason of slow charging so that I am aware of such type of problems in future
