Slow write Speed on Envy 13t

I have an SK Hynix BC501 SSD in my laptop and am experiencing greatly low write speed of 200-300MB/s while the read speeds are optimal around 1300Mb/s. Is there any possible reason for these slow write speeds?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Is the Hard drive Full? Because the lesser space on the Hard drive the slower it will function

Is the Notebook running slow?

I have 50 GBs free from the 220 Gbs available memory. I don't think my laptop is slow for daily usage, however, I expect to obtain good write speeds when using a benchmarking software.

If the Notebook is not running slow there is nothing to worry. 😊

HP cannot guarantee or certify the results of 3rd party software like benchmarking softwares

What benchmarking software are you using? I use CrystalDiskMark and your read and write results will vary depending on how large of blocks of data you are reading and writing like this:

Of course, write is always going to be slower than read. Your particular SSD is rated for up to about 1600 read and 800 write but its very common for the write speed to be much lower than the top rated speed.
