I recently purchased this HP and I haven't used it a lot until two days ago and the pc is slow.
Especially when I am using the internet, I often get a not responding note, and it freezes for like 30 seconds until it gets back to normal functioning.
AS well, the fan sometimes is a bit loud.
PLease let me know if I should go to the store and change the laptop, or the issues can be solved.

Hi,
May i know what internet browser, if your using internet explorer then that is your issue, That browser sucks you should try firefox low on system resources and fast, Google chrome is fast but relies on a lot of system resources.
You also may wanna upgrade wireless internet adapters these can get outdated and can make your we experience slow.
Aswell try to do system updates by microsoft these have system fixes that may speed up your system, delete UN-used programs and stop programs from starting up in the background go to run type msconfig then go to startup if your on windows 7 and below if your on windows 8 and up then go to task manager then click startup ( Ctrl+Shift+Esc) To open task manager.
