Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Windows not coming up and show hard drive failure. Run smart check which passed but the Long DST failed with failure id : PSG17K-937A6K-MFPURG-61CW03 and product id: 1KU36UA#ABA
Also refer the attachment screen shot.
Please help!!!

15-cc563st is the Model number. That result is saying the hard drive needs to be replaced. The long check looks into technical things the SMART will bypass. Post back if you need additional help.
