I have 2 questions 

1. My system is showing smart hard disk error, iam attaching failure id and tell me is it necessary to replace the hard disk ,if yes what is the hard disk company used in my device ? Will hp sells it

2.how to restore previous bios version if press key unable to rollback bios and hp hardware diagnostic is showing it cannot open signature file.

You can use any hard drive of the same size and form factor; you do not need to use an HP product. And you may be able to upgrade to a faster type of storage. Buy a replacement from amazon.in it will be much less expensive than from HP. If you need to have the labor done by a technician then in India the HP Service Centers will do that for you even out of warranty. Post back with your full model number and we can give you some specific options. Read the notice below. Be very careful of scammers trying to pose as HP Support.

You only think you need the original hard drive that came with the laptop. Here is the Service Manual:

see pp. 15 and 29. All we know is that it is a 7mm 5400 rpm 2.5 inch wide hard drive. The specific brand is impossible to know without opening the laptop as HP will use whatever it can get favorably in the market as far as hard drives.

How to rollback bios if key press is not working. Please answer my 2 question

I doubt you really need to roll back the BIOS....why would you?

I manually updated bios from hp website, after that my pc shows doesn't support for pen and touch even though it supports. Key press is not working and hp diagnostics shows it cannot open signature file.
