Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought Specter x360 Convertible 2018 few days ago and today I  set it up, but I notice keys F3 and End are a little weird. I try press F3 to correct it, but when I  pressed it, key jump out, particularly when I pressed on left down corner. Every time, key jumped out. Similar behavior has End key, but this not jump out, but sound is not good too. Is this problem solvable via warranty?F3 jumps outF3 jumps out

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
