Yes any of the Intel motherboards would fit in your chassis, but if you go from a UMA to discrete video chip on the motherboard you would also need a different fan/heatsink.

Not finding the 15-p245nl. Here is the motherboard for the p245no
AMD M260 A6-6310 (2.4 GHz/1.8 GHz, 2 MB L2, 1600 MHz DDR3L, quad core, 15 W) for use with Windows Standard HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC 762532-501
Here is the Service manual:
HP is the manufacturer and the sparecode is the Part Number. HP will no longer have this in stock you have to buy from a third party and since, on this model, processor is soldered you can install a faster processor motherboard if you can find it.
I did find reference to the p245nl on a foreign language site which says you have an Intel i7 processor. If so this is the motherboard:
Intel Core 840M 4 GB i7-5500U (2.4 GHz, SC turbo up to 3.0 GHz), 1600 MHz/4 MB L3, Dual 15 W for use with Windows Standard HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC 777102-501
Post back with any other questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.

Many thanks, with your service manual, I've disassembled the laptop and I've found on the MB a label with the spare code 782933-501, the code 777102-501 you've suggested have same cpu but with lower frequency , unfortunately I cannot find a third party Motherboard available at the moment .Do you know if the Intel CPU can be can be recovered from the current faulty MB or the 2 MB spare code include also the CPU?

No the CPU is soldered in place and cannot be removed and reused. Actually I mistakenly linked you to the motherboard for the 17 inch model. Yours only came with FreeDos but you can use one of the Windows licensed versions.
