Spares needed

Hi All,

I'm trying to find spares for my damaged HP Notebook - 17-by2000na laptop product 8NG71EA. I'm struggling to find where I can purchase the parts to repair my laptop. Where do I find where HP sell spares?

Sorry, but we don't maintain any inventory of what suppliers carry what parts and where those suppliers are located.

If you don't have the HP part number, you can use the HP link below and your PC information to determine the part number: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx

Once you have the part number, then do an online search to see if anyone carries it and will ship it to you.

Hi,

Starting on page 16 and 21 you can see a breakdown of the PC, the various parts and part numbers. Usually you will be able to find the parts just by searching with part number online.

You can also try HP parts store which might have some of the parts

For really difficult to find parts you could contact this distributor (which only sells to other buisnesses) who usually can help indicate a store that sells the part
