The battery in my laptop inflated, and since it was under my trackpad the swelling cracked the trackpad in half.
My laptop care package warranty expired on February.
How can I order & purchase a replacent battery and trackpad?
I will install myself, I just need to buy the parts.
I mean, I'd be happier if HP gave me the parts for free to say sorry about the bad battery, but I don't expect that, like I said, the warranty is up.
But I don't want to install knock-off or generic replacements, I want to buy actual HP parts.
I just can't find where to do that.

You would need this:
(3)TouchPad (TouchPad spare part kits include replacement rubber feet) 913004-001
And this:
(5)Battery, 6-cell, 79-WHr, 3.43-AHr, Li-ion (battery spare part kits include rubber feet) 902499-856
Touchpad is in stock:
Battery is not so you would have to go to amazon.com where you mostly find 3rd party batteries or to eBay where you can find authorized resellers offering HP original batteries.
