Like so many others who have unfortunately made the same mistake as i did purchasing a Spectre laptop my issues are the same as everyone else.  Sorry in advance for the information being repeated once again.

During the pandemic last year, when everything was closed or open with limited capacity, i went to best buy to  purchase a new computer because my Dell had a  i3 processor, vey little ram and i use Adobe for my work (graphic designer), so i finally bit the bullet and decided to upgrade to a faster newer latptop.  i originally went into buy another dell but because of everything going on in the world best buy was out of stock on most high preforming laptops, the sales guy showed me the Hp Spectre and against my better judgement i purchased it, the first 3 laptops were all retured within a couple days due to the fan noise finally i bought the best model they had with 1TB Intel Optane storage, i7-10750H intel processor CPU @ 2.60GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti with Max-Q Design, enough power and memory to be a high performance machine but a year later and its been nothing but a huge $2200  disappointment and headache.

Doing the simplest things my laptop freezes or lags , ive tried every troubleshooter known, reinstalled windows and everything else more then once, barely have anything on my hard drive and yet it continues to run at a high CPU and the fan sounds like my laptop is trying to take off from a runway, i almost expect it levitate off my desk and fly away  one day.  My 6 year old Dell with the the i3 is faster then this one year old Hp and in my opinion there needs to be a recall on this device since everyone is having the same issues as i am. With the known issues and complaints on various message boards, Hp has to know there is a problem and choosing to ignore it and by selling defective items with the knowledge they are is grounds for a class action lawsuit, not only have i spent money on this and trying to fix it but t ive spent countless hours trying every solution i can and my work is done on a computer so the slow lagging speeds plus the time to troubleshoot around issues has cut into my productivity at times. .

Does anyone know of solution to this problem that will actually solve this issue?

I greatly appreciate any and all advice sorry for the rant but i'm beyond frustrated at this point.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

I did have someone send a message but no one has responded back after I messaged them my information. I have a new issue that has just happened with my laptop, I just reached in to my backpack to grab my laptop and it was hot, more then it should be for being closed and tucked away so I’m not sure what caused that but I’ll add that on to the list of things wrong with this laptop.
