Yes, Dragon x360 bl0xx did include the stylus in the box.
It MIGHT be a regional "thing". Not too long ago I answered an inquiry about this same model where the pen was not in the box at purchase.
Nice feature BTW. Smiling.

I'm really not sure which region @Dragon-Fur is referring to.Possibly thinking some regions outside of US may not have pen in included.

This is the pen listed as compatible with your model and the one mine also uses. If you plan to take notes a good bit or use Windows Ink for other purposes it may be worth the investment. Myself-I tried it out once and haven't used it since.:)

I have used my pen to draw trees (showing someone "see what this can do").
I have used my pen to make a couple of notes, although I don't think I saved these.
Now pen is in its tiny plastic sleeve and sitting on the shelf. (Loaner system and I want to make sure the hardware is in good shape when I donate it. Smiling.)
Does seem like an excellent tool for the right purpose. It is fun to use, too. My sister is the artist and would love this.
I will likely play with it a bit more when I get some free time.
Were it me, I would be willing to purchase the pen in order to get one. I like instant gratification. Smiling.
