Product: Spectre x360 15 inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a Spectre x360 15 in laptop today and have been thrilled with it so far. As I am reading tips and tricks for this computer I realize that everyone is talking about the included pen for the computer. I did not recieve this in my box. I did however recieve a leather sleave this the laptop. Are there some models that do not include the pen but instead have the leather sleave?

 

Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to offer.

Depends on which model Spectre X360 you have. To find the Product Name and Product Number-minimize all open windows so you can see desktop screen. Next hold Fn key and press Esc key. A window will open with the info.

Your Spectre does support active stylus and I think it should have come in the box. Did you buy it locally or order it from HP? If purchased locally I would return to the store and inquire if others of same model have the stylus in box.

I bought it locally and it appeared to be a factory sealed box. I will call the store tomorrow.

It may have been left out at the factory-pretty sure the pen should have come with it. I have the smaller 13.3" version and mine had the pen in box. Great laptop so far that I chose as my loaner this year from HP. Another of our Experts chose the 15" like yours. I'll ping her to confirm what I believe is true about the pen.

@Dragon-Fur your Spectre X360 bl0xx came with the pen didn't it?

No problem. The typo in title will keep repeating with every Reply- but I knew what you meant. 🙂

 If it bothers you-click on the little icon -Options- in top right of you first post and choose Edit. It will open the post and you can change title like I did with this one.
