The battery in my laptops its not working. I ran a Battery test and the test failed, the failure ID was: mc7fkf-8al9p0-mfpuqj-c0ah03. Product ID: z4z35ua#aba
I need help, i cant use the laptop without the charger.

Welcome to HP support community.
This seems to be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Thank you for your time @sandytechy20 . When I first talked to HP they said they couldn't help me bc my laptop was more than 1 year old and the warranty wasn't valid any more. Do I need the warranty for this too or they can help me eventho I bought it 2 years ago. Saludos 🙂

If it is out of warranty, their will be a charge to fix it.
Alternatively you can replace the part by yourself, check HP part store to buy the part:- Click here
