Spectre x360 Convertible 13 AE0XX SSD replacement

I have been experiencing intermittent laptop shutdowns, with an 3F0 disk error. I've tried lots of software/reboot/reset fixes, without luck in preventing further shutdowns. I am considering buying a replacement SSD to try to fix the issue, but I want to be sure that I am buying one that will work with my laptop. I currently have a 512 GB  SSD, and would want one of that size.

Here are two I am considering, can you let me know if they would work, or recommend another that would?

What is your HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx  ? For example

             HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae005na

The model listed on the bottom of my laptop is "13t-ae000" & the model listed from my confirmation email when I registered the product is "HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO". Thank you for your help!
