Spectre x360 Nvidia MX150 does not seem to work with heavy programs

HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I reinstall windows using a bootable USB downloaded form Microsoft. Now it seems like my Nvidia Card MX150 does not work with heavier program. Under Task Manager/Perfomance, it shows GPU 1 is PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0. Is this normal?
