Spectre x360

Hi!

I would like to buy a spectre x360 16" (the one with the new series of intel CPU) but my store doesn't have in the catalogue the one with 32Gb of RAM.

So I've found in the swiss store but I have a question. I'm used to write on a QWERTY config and the one sold in the swiss store are configured in QWERTZ. Did someone knows if the keys are (phisically) swappable? Also, there's a replacement store where i can buy the other keys that aren't present in the QWERTZ config?

Thank you all for the help

The memory could be upgraded. Single keyboard keys are not sold. You could theoretically install a keyboard as part of a replacement top cover, but the cost and difficulty of that would be well beyond even the memory upgrade. Also you cannot swap keys around and have it work out right.

Thank you a lot for the answer. If I want to proceed and upgrade the RAM, how can i do it?

Would need the exact model number you are looking at. A link to the web page would suffice. 2 memory slots. We can figure the kind of memory you need, the replacement procedure from a Manual or video and purchase suggestions for the memory.

This is the model: 16-f1006nl ( https://www.hp.com/it-it/shop/product.aspx?id=6R3Z1EA&opt=ABZ&sel=NTB ).

Where can i buy a 16gb RAM?

EDIT: i Just saw that It has 0 slot aviable for the RAM. So no upgrades possibile, if i'm not wrong. Is there a way i could have the 32gb? I fund only the swiss. Also, i asked to the support and they said that in Italy they don't sell the 32gb at all. Any way i can check all the EU store that have the PC with the features i would like to have?

That is why I asked for the specific model. In this case RAM is soldered to the board as you seem to already know. In most cases memory is upgradeable but not this time. Sorry

See at 1:57 in. RAM is soldered.

Yes I really don't know how to go about buying a new HP PC in UK. Have you tried the chat feature on the website?
