Thank you....HP did contact me, and fixed my motherboard issue.  I have had my Spectra back with no further issues!  Thank you for the excellent support you provided me!

Dear Nick and HP Support,

 

I just got my Spectre x360 back in the mail, and it's working great again!  It's charging again, and boots up just fine again! I got my files back just in time for a meeting coming up. 

 

THANK YOU HP Support!!  The communication was excellent, and the quick turn-around time was impressive. This kind of great customer support should always come with every flagship laptop!
