Hi,

The only option is to replace the 2.5"HDD with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD of your preferred brand and capacity

On page 40 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive

You can create a bootable USB with Windows 10 on it and use to clean install the OS on the SSD.

Download Windows 10
