That is a good question.  If we look at your processor, which I believe to be an i5-7200U (please verify!), then I don't see any issues at all that a higher resolution (HD) screen would be supported, as its integrated graphics (HD Graphics 620) is said to be able to support up to 4096 x 2304 @ 60Hz -see: Intel® Core™ i5-7200U Processor.

However, the CPU's integrated graphics is but one component what resolution your laptop can support.

Upon further research, most sources I came across (such as: Screen for HP 851051-005. Replacement Laptop LCD Screen (laptopscreen.com)), advised against changing the screen resolution ("Make sure new screen has same size, resolution, connector type as your old one!"), but I don't know if this is just a recommendation, if it won't work, or if you'll actually see a resolution improvement.  I wouldn't be able to tell you for sure.

The second link you provided shows the same product: "SellZone Laptop FHD LED Screen for HP Pavilion 17-AB017UR 17.3" 30 PIN" and for the same price: ₹12,425. It should work, but since I have never tried this myself, I can't be sure.
