I bought this laptop 4 days ago and have noticed a static noise coming from inside the laptop, the sound a wire makes on films when it is loose and live. Is this concerning at all?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

 

Also run a System Test and let me know if you still hear the static noise

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests
