keyboard key letter "P" is working but whenever I press it, I feel like it's stuck or glued. How do I fix it? Thank you in advance.

Hi @mysticatlover_,
Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! This is a great location to get resolutions and interact with experts from the community. I understand that you have an issue with the letter “P” on the keyboard. It will be a delight to assist you.
We greatly value your relationship with HP. You are a valued HP customer and we appreciate you greatly for doing business with HP. I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you. It is always a pleasure to work customers like you.
At the outset, it looks like a hardware issue with the keyboard’s letter “P” as it is sticky due to regular wear and tear. It is a physical issue with the keyboard. My only suggestion would be to use the key gently going forward, as the key may stop working completely if pushed hard. Sometimes getting the keyboard cleaned by a local technician may fix the issue.
Please contact a technician locally to get the unit’s keyboard serviced as HP may not have service options available for this unit anymore as it is an older computer.
Hope this helps. Let me know how this goes. I hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great.
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution”.
Take care now and have a splendid week ahead.
