Hi:
I take it that your notebook comes with a 512 GB NVMe SSD?
If so, you can upgrade to any brand NVMe SSD you want.
Recommendations:
Samsung 980 (not 980 Pro) 1 TB
Western Digital Blue SN570 1 TB
SK Hynix Gold P31 1 TB.
You can find the M.2 SSD removal and replacement procedure in the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page.
HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 Manuals | HP® Customer Support
The Samsung 980 does not come in a larger capacity than 1 TB.
The Western Digital Blue SN570 does come in a 2 TB capacity as does the SK Hynix Gold P31.
