OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70X02AV)

Hello.

I have an HP OMEN Laptop model 2023, Intel Core i9 -13900HX processor, 32 MB RAM 5600, 2 TB SSD, Nvidia RTX4090 graphics card.Since yesterday I noticed that at full fan speed, when starting a game, it makes a strange sound. As if tapping or knocking from the upper - right side of the keyboard. I wonder what it could be. Could it be some cable or strip that rubs against the fan somewhere? The sound intensifies when I lift the laptop from the screen side, but decreases when I lift it from the touchpad side. This sound is not continuous when the laptop is on the desk, it appears for a moment and disappears. but it is annoying.Has anyone had a similar problem?

I also have a second question: Can I open the back cover of my laptop without losing the warranty, for example to add a hard drive or clean it from the inside with compressed air, or possibly to see if anything is rubbing against the fan?

I ask experts for help, thank you in advance.

Hi @dSm_PL

First of all, every repair you do without HP consent loses the warranty, if you have problems with the fan it is better to use the warranty,

You can only blow air through the ventilation slots in the hope that it will be accumulated dust that causes the noise of the fans, without loss of warranty
