This isn't a question; I had hoped to add this information to a previous thread, but it's an old one and no longer has reply options on it.

 

It seems that one of the BIOS updates for the Spectre X2 (a003na in my case) may have relaxed the restrictions on the USB chargers that will work with this device. Certainly not every charger works. I'm now running F.29 and have been able to try a few different options. These are UK spec chargers tested in each case.

 

Pixel 2 XL Charger: Doesn't work.

AUKEY 46W USB C Wall Charger (PA-Y10)
