Good afternoon, I have two laptop, HP 8760w  and HP 8570p. The AC adapter for the first is 19,5V and for the second 19V. Do you think that the adapter can be interchangeable? The plugs are the same. Thanks for replay

There is no problem with the voltage as +/- 5% is no problem for power.

Hope it helps,

David

Hi,

You can use the 8760w one which is a 200W or 230W with both notebooks.

The 8570p one is either 65 or 90 W so you should only use it with the 8570p

Hope it helps,

David

Hi, thanks for replay, my question wasn't so clear: I would like to use the 8760w power supply with the 8570p and not vice versa, the power is more than enough but the voltage is 0.5V higher. The voltage is the problem, 0,5V can be dangerous? Thanks
