Did anyone see the first comment I posted on here?  I had a problem with my laptop because it would not turn on it took me an hour and a half to find a number to call and try to get help which I got no help so I ended up having to take it to a private shop to get fixed which they did fix it.  Hpu sent me a box to send the computer in to get fixed I contacted some number that I found because you can’t get a hold of anybody at the **bleep** company and told them I would not be sending it in because it is already fixed.  Since then I have gotten two emails about sending the computer in.  I have never experienced such horrible customer service and all my life!  What kind of a company doesn’t have phone numbers where customers can actually reach someone to resolve an issue?  And that online support **bleep** it’s just worthless.  If anyone knows of any phone number I can call to actually reach a person who has a brain let me know thanks!
