Hi All

 

I have a Hp beats special edition Touchscreen  (Pavilion 15-p010la) with CPU AMD A8-5545M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 8510G.  The laptop have 2 years. Its there a possible way to change the motherboard from another pavilion 15-p Like the 15-p097tx 1.7 GHz Intel Core i5-4210U with Intel HD Graphics 4400 and video graphics NVIDIA GeForce 830M (2 GB DDR3 dedicated). Both have the same ports, motherboard the same size and design.  Its that possible? Beats special edition have a nice look love the red backlit keyboard, but i think its need more graphic memory.

Did you know this would cost you an arm and a leg ? Even more expensive than buying the 15-p097tx

Yes It would cost me alot, But i love the beats special edition design and color. Thanks alot. By the way, can i use this motherboard 766476-501 on the lap? if i buy it,  no problem with my touchscreen right?, will it work with that motherboard?
