Hp spectre x360 convertible 15-bl012dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lately I've noticed my spectre x360 has had the battery swell. It's swollen up to the point where the track pad sticks out slightly and the bottom plate/cover sticks out as well. It still performs normally, but I've stopped using as I'd rather not make the battery any worse than it's already become. Unfortunately I'm out of warranty as well. It just seems so odd that the battery can swell that quick from not even being used as a daily pc.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
