Swollen Battery

Hello,

We love HP products all the time because they always last for long time, so we bought the laptop (HP Spectre x360) in 2018 and use it everyday and never had problem.  Until recently, we noticed the bottom of the laptop popping out and hard to close.  So we opened it and saw the battery (YB06XL) was "blowed up" like the picture.  We are wondering what should we do now?  Could HP send the battery to us and we pay the battery and the shipping fee?   We look forward to hear any solution from HP as soon as possible.  Thank you very much for your help in advance!

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook.

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

( Please note: It's not allowed to post serial numbers (s/n) in public ! )
