I believe the battery on my HP Spectre x360 is swollen. The long edge of my laptop case has now gapped open and the left side of my trackpad and the bottom row of my keyboard are now bulging outwards. I want to know what my options are for getting the battery replaced and where I can find replacement batteries. This doesn't seem like a new issue (I've found a few posts in the community about this issue) and just want to get the issue fixed as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hi @lugzgirl,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
