Hi there. A couple months ago, my HP Pavilion-cs2064st laptop wasn't sitting flat on my table; it would rock back and forth at the corners. I dismissed the issue at the time, thinking that perhaps it was my table that wasn't flat. A couple days ago, my touch pad started acting up. It was hard to press, didn't make a clicking sound, and the buttons got stuck sometimes. I took the back cover off, and found out that the battery had swollen up. Now I clearly see a bulge on the chassis, on the left side of the touchpad. I tried filling out the necessary information on https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/swollen-battery, but every time I try to submit Step 2 it gives the following message: The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
The laptop was purchased in the US, but I am now residing in Malaysia. My warranty ended on 2/26/2021, so I would appreciate some guidance on what I should do next.

@Arya122378 Thank you very much for the reply. I checked the HP Parts Store for the battery, but it seems to be out of stock. I will check back from time to time to see if the stock gets replenished. If not, I will search for the battery with the part number somewhere else as you suggested. Have a great day.
