Hey I recently formatted my C drive completely as I was facing some issues but after some time again I received a BSOD with stopcode System Service Exception.

Later I ran System Extensive Test following which I received this as a failure ID.

FAILURE ID: PLJFHQ-8J5A60-XD7UQ1-61CD03

Hard Drive 1- Primary HDD Bay*

Please help me with this issue as this occurred once again while using only. And mostly the left side or the bottom left of the keyboard causes this problem whenever a key is being pressed with a little force.

Hi:

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Full Test Failure, means that you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool using another Windows PC with W7 x64 or newer installed to create a bootable USB recovery drive, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

By installing new hard drive you mean to buy a new hard drive?

If you don't have another working drive that will fit, yes you will have to buy a new one.
