Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, When i on my pc..i received a msg said the cooling fan is not operating correctly.

 

My fan help me checked it and said that the chipset might casued this problem.

 

I just want to know what is the cost to change the chipset and cooling fan.

 

Anyone can help ?

 

Or can i send my laptop to HP service centre ?
