I am in process of upgrading the RAM. I am planning to add one 8 GB DDR4 RAM and total it will make 12 GB. May I know, how it will change the speed? Also is RAM manufacturer needs to be same one or can add other manufacturer RAM? I am not sure what type of RAM installed whether SODIMM or other one. Please help in this case.
Can I remove the existing 4GB and put one 16GB? Will it improve the speed more?
Regards,
Arijit
