My HP Probook 430 G2 First Screen error Messages : " System Board Error (00A)

How To fix it?

I Can't get information for my product detail because some details is missing cause scratch case, How to find   Product Name, Serial Number, SKU, CT Number?

My Probook 640 G1 has the product info in the battery compartment and probably yours, too. Remove the battery and you'll see product No, serial No, PCID and so on.

I can't see because label scracth, any way to find how? Cause i had already flash the bios.. and occur message like that.

You can also get the info from F1 System Information or the Main in F10 System Setup. I was looking at HP's KB: HP PCs - System Board (00A) Error Displays on a Black Screen | HP® Customer Support. If you are getting the same error screen as the one shown in this KB, You can probably get on F10. Just click the "System Information" in the Main tab in F10. From there you can get a lot of info you need.
