Product: HP Notebook - 17-bs049dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc was damaged by liquid spill. I am trying to create a ticket for support so I can ship it in for repairs. I know it's not covered by warranty and is an out of pocket expense. I just can't get the virtual agent to understand me and can't connect with a live agent. Can anyone help?
