Why, when I run msinfo32.exe, does my information not show up?

Hello MackemMan,

 

I'm just going to suggest a solution, so see if it actually works.

  1. Hit Windows key + R
  2. Type services.msc
  3. Scroll down and find Windows Management 
  4. Right-click it and hit Start. If it is already running, hit restart.
  5. Check msinfo32 now
  6. Also, right-click > properties > startup type > Automatic to ensure that it works next timeCapture.PNG

Although it's Windows 7, it should still work the same way.
