HP Notebook - 15-bs110ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had Windows 11 on my device, and recently I reset my device using the Windows 10 media creation tool, after doing that I installed PC Health Chech to make sure that my device was eligible for Upgrading to Windows 11 but it shows that the TPM 2.0 is not detected, even although I checked that it is enabled from BIOS, but from the Device Manager it show an exclamation mark on the TPM 2.0 and when I show the details it appears something called "Code (10)" and says that the device can not start. So, how can I fix the TPM 2.0 and detect it so that Windows 11 can be reinstalled?

Your laptop does not have support for Windows 11 and HP isn't supplying drivers either.

You can try the Microsoft  Update catalog to get the TPM 2.0 driver, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that.

Microsoft Update Catalog

That s also where you can find most of the Windows 11 drivers that you need.

My device supports running Windows 11 through official methods since it was announced and updates began to reach the devices. I received it and downloaded it... But recently, I received an update to the BIOS, specifically a month and a half ago, and I performed this update without suspecting that it could cause me problems... And now, two days ago, I reinstalled Windows 10 on the device and deleted everything because I was working on an engineering program and it was taking up a large part of the space, so I wanted to delete the program completely, so I preferred to reset the entire device to recover the largest possible space. This is not the first time I do this every year and it comes back to me automatically upgrading to Windows 11. But this time it shows to me that the TPM 2.0 is not detected although it is activated from the BIOS and through the device manager, it appears to me that it is present, but there as a note appears in its details saying that the device cannot start and talks that there is a protocol error was detected between the driver and the device.
So, I guess that the problem is not from the device, but from the BIOS, and I want to know how to fix that.

I will attach some photos of my screen for the comment in the device manager and what appears to me on BIOS:
