ZBook 17 Gen 2(Business Class)
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have had alot of bad issued with my laptop since I first purcased it from HP directly.

1.My ZBook 17 Gen 2 came with missing parts that I had no idea about util I seen youtube videos on my product.

2. When I tried to getcustomer relations to help me out I was in work and the so called rep screamed at through the phone,      insulted me and when asked to reach out to a higher tier she lied saying she was the manager and there was no higher          tier.

3. After screaming at me for almost an hour and insulting me she said she will only get my laptop refurbished on the spot        at home. The parts were installed back on my system but when I  used the laptop the following day another problem              had accured.

4. I contacted them agai and told them about my past experiences and that I wasnt accepting it under any standards.                  Nobody should have to spend so much money on a system  that fails and when asked for a replacement due to defects        and bad representation.

5. So far this has happened : Missing HDD bracket, bad keyboard, motherboard broken and screen flickers. Bare in mind

I have spent over 3000 on this laptop for its so called support.

6. They said if more than 3 icidents have accured I can have a replacement and this has been the fourth or firth thing

I keep getting the case managers treating me like rubbish and not reposnding to me. Igoring my concerns and not treating me like I matter. I have contacted the BOM and asked for their support and only tme can tell.

I work in the animation industry and have alot of assocated friends and collegues that work in major studios who will be willing to listen to me and these people have alot of HP equipment some of which HP derives from.

I havent taken any further action yet but I am in talking to lawyers and a person from BBB to find out what my best actions to take are.

I won't be counting my blessings after the treatment I have got as a business user. I can't wait to hear how much I am being insulted and thrown to the ground.
