HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0034au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased an HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0034au Laptop 6 months ago. This laptop has an issue that is TERRIBLE & ANNOYING RATTLING SOUND OF COOLING FAN.

The RATTLING NOISE of the cooling fan is so loud and annoying that it’s almost impossible to focus while working on the laptop.

At this time I am very concerned about this cooling fan issue because I am worried that this fan will stop at any time, then it will get more worse for me. As per my knowledge in the product warranty, this laptop is eligible for the replacement of parts.

And kindly don’t tell me that this is happening due to overheating and dust in cooling fan assembly, I never use this laptop for heavy usage plus there is no scope of any dust particles it’s probably some defect in cooling fan’s motor.

Yes it's very likely a bad bearing in the motor. It happens. You should not have to endure this. The laptop is very likely under warranty and I am sure the fan would be replaced for you if you make a warranty claim. I am not sure why you are assuming you would get an argument with this.
