The application HP Support Assistant does not start in Kazakhstan. A warning message appears "HP suspended all shipments to Russia in February and began the process of winding down its Russia operations in May. This process has now been fully completed and HP has no activity in the country."

From one HP User to another -this is most unfortunate. Kazakhstan is certainly not Russia.

The only way around your issue, is to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN).  A VPN not only anonymizes your internet usage, but can also mask your country of origin, meaning, it lets you select a server anywhere in the world where your VPN service has servers, like the VPN I use:
