Hello, I live in France. I bought an HP Envy X360 13-ar0016nf computer. The fan makes a lot of noise, and this noise is incessant. I have to take a look at it again and see if it is working properly. I would like to buy a new fan but I can't find one on the Internet, despite my research...Would you have any ideas?
It says on the fan : DC Brushless MODEL ND75C23, DELTA ELECTRONICS INC, MADE IN CHINA.
Thank you in advance!

Hello, first of all, in the first message, I received only the mention "I am an HP employee". So I clicked on Flag Post, I thought it was weird to only see this message. Sorry 😕
As far as my problem is concerned, the reason I'm asking for help on the forums is because I've obviously already exhausted all avenues of recourse; I've already contacted the retailer where I bought it, the retailer's parts department, HP's customer service, support. I have already done everything possible and no one seems to be able to help me. If you can't do anything for me then I bought a very expensive PC from HP, which is not working properly after just one year, and where the after sales service is unable to help me.
