I was alsways to be able to email [Personal Information Removed] with an invoice (containing serial numbers of our new HP computers) and a .csv files with the serial numbers in it. They would register the computers with Microsoft Intune for us. Now when I email it, I get a bounce email which states.
"The group autopilot.requests only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."
How do I get this working again, how do I get on their "allowed senders list".
Thank you,

It was recommended by an HP Subject Matter Expert @IT_WinSec that you contact your dedicated HP Account manager or HP Sales representative. That HP representative will be able to get in touch with the team who manages Autopilot.
