The keys on my HP 15-bs031wm keyboard have stopped repeating when held down.

I have checked the settings for the driver. Repeat delay is set at short and repeat rate is fast, however NONE of the keys repeat.

Windows has several accessibility features and one of them is Filter Keys which tells the keyboard to ignore keys held down.

Try pressing the right Shift button for 8 seconds to toggle this setting. You should hear a sound effect whenever the setting is toggled. You can disable the feature completely in Windows settings if you like.
