All the drivers are installed on a laptop and working properly. The cable is the same worker checked on another laptop. None of the tips Google does not help struggling for 3 days with this problem. I am hope for your help.

The request failed usb device descriptor
I have installed on this laptop Win 7.8.10 and the device is still not working, I think it's a hardware issue of the laptop. But at the same time, other usb devices work properly on it ...
